• 订阅：周卡每周、月卡和尊享版每月（同一日期）自动续费，可随时取消；取消后，本期剩余时间照常使用，到期不再扣费。1 额度 = 一条普通回复，截图解读 3。iOS 内购由 Apple 按其订阅条款管理。
• 退款：已支付的订阅费用不予退还，取消只停止之后的续费。遇到特殊情况（例如重复扣款），可以写信到 contact [at] senwisdom.com 申请，我们逐案处理；Apple 内购的退款由 Apple 处理。
• 你的内容：对话、测试结果和档案属于你；我们只为提供服务而处理它们，详见隐私政策。你可以随时在「账户」页导出或删除账号。
• 数字同心锁：铸成后不能修改、删除或隐藏，只能关闭提醒；参与前请确认你和对方都自愿并理解这一点。
• 合理使用：请不要用本服务骚扰、欺骗或伤害任何人，也不要试图绕过用量限制。
• 自动化与 AI 训练：请不要用程序、脚本或机器人和情感军师对话；不要把情感军师生成的内容（回复、咨询记录、报告）用来训练或改进 AI 模型，或做与本服务竞争的产品；也不要试图套取情感军师的内部指令和方法资料。网站的公开页面不受此限。违反的账号可能被暂停或关闭，我们也保留依法追究责任的权利。

Terms of Service (pre-launch version)

• Age: you must be 18 or older.
• This is AI: the four coaches are AI personas, not humans. Conversations are companionship and coaching-style support, not psychotherapy, medical or legal advice. In a crisis, contact your local emergency number or crisis line.
• Subscriptions: Weekly renews every week, Monthly and Premium every month on the same date, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. 1 unit = one ordinary reply, a screenshot read is 3. iOS purchases follow Apple’s subscription terms.
• Refunds: subscription payments already made are not refunded; cancelling stops future renewals. In special cases (a duplicate charge, for example) write to contact [at] senwisdom.com and we will look at each one; refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple.
• Your content: your conversations, test results and file belong to you; we process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your account at any time from the Account page.
• Love Lock: once minted, a lock cannot be edited, deleted or hidden; only its reminders can be turned off. Take part only if both of you understand and want that.
• Fair use: do not use the service to harass, deceive or harm anyone, and do not try to bypass usage limits.
• Automation and AI training: do not use bots, scripts or other automated means to talk to the coaches; do not use what the coaches generate (replies, session records, reports) to train or improve AI models, or to build a product that competes with this one; and do not try to extract the coaches' internal instructions or method materials. This does not cover the site's public pages. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed, and we reserve the right to take legal action.
